NICE QUAD!!! Pours a reddish/orange color with a nice size white head, good retention for the abv and some thin lacing. Looks really good in my Chimay goblet.
Smell is good as well. Malty, dark fruit and plenty of Belgian yeast aroma.
Tastes very good. Dark fruit, spices, Belgian yeast, malt. Rich blend of flavors. Goes down real smooth with very little alcohol presence except warming.
Mouthfeel seems a bit less than rich at first, but picks up as the beer warms and the flavors do their thing.
This is very drinkable for a Quad. I split the bottle, but could have sacrificed the evening and drank the whole thing!!!

Had on-tap at Thirsty Monk Asheville. Served in a small goblet.
A- Pours a light brown color with a 1/8 inch off-white head that doesn't retain long before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a bubbly side patch of surface foam. Resilient lacing leaves a thick solid ring behind.
S- It could be the incorporation of the four different yeast strains but this smells like it might be tart/sour. Slight booze fume.
T- Nevermind. No sourness, just some awesomely smooth Belgian candi sugar plus some vanilla and caramel notes. Incredibly drinkable for the ABV. Butter, burnt sugar, not very bitter. Also a bit of dark fruit.
M- Slightly zesty. Medium-low carbonation and a fullish body.
O- Haven't had this in so long and it's really a crime that I don't purchase it more often.
Edit: No, it was not intentional that I gave this beer a score of 4.4 but yes, it is awesome.
