Got it off the growler station at GBX.
A - Poured from a growler into a Bedazzled chalice. Pours hazy straw colored, cloudy but mostly opaque. Thin white head dissipates to a thin ring clinging to the glass.
S - Light lemon-lime citrus, light fruits, with subtle notes of pineapple, mango, and green apples. Slight vanilla and pepper aroma from the bourbon barrel.
T - Pretty interesting. There's a slightly starchy fruity banana taste not totally different from a wheat beer, but quickly the flavor turns into a light malty backend that fades into a dry, faintly tannic, alcoholic finish.
M - Light bodied, mild carbonation.
Serving type: growler

Appearance: It has a nice hazy golden/orange color to it. It has a nice off-white head that dies down moderately and leaves some some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of Belgian yeast, banana, coconut, vanilla, spices and woody oak.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some Belgian yeast, coconut, banana, faint spices, some vanilla, woody oak and faint bourbon.
Mouthfeel: It has a med-high carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.
Serving type: bottle
