Pours a reddish clear orange. Very light but nice and bright. A one-finger head builds then settles into a low head with minimal lacing. Subtle carbonation kicks up tiny soft bubbles in the glass.
The aroma is quite nice, a classic sour nose - tart, funky, fruity and slightly sweet. Notes of apple and pear twist their way into the mix and a soft alcohol presence rounds the tart aroma.
The taste is fully brett - tart and funky, exactly what should be expected in a wild ale. Starts dry and refreshing and moves to a sweet, crisp sour and musty middle. Middle moves to a more malty flavor, a bigger sweetness and alcohol flavor with edges of cripsness. Finishes with a slight bitter, but clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is ok but slightly heavier than would be liked. Medium bodied with solid carbonation.
Drinkabaility is really nice, very well balanced and a refreshing delicate-flavored beer.

A - Golden, hazed, thin white head actually has some retention and lacing.
S/T - Sour funkiness, floral, wine, a candy sugar mid palate, finishing with oak dryness and a mild sourness.
M - Lightish body, medium carbonation, finishes dry with a mild sourness, not overpowering.
O - Very enjoyable. I like the candy sweetness mid palate, and how the sourness is complementary to the flavors.

On the red side with a white head.
Fruit on the nose, almost tart (can you smell tart?).
The wine barrels round out the brett on a beer I would not otherwise call a saison/farmhouse. Floral, oak and grapes that lends to a flavor that's not quite sour.
Lighter body with a crisp finish.
