750mL bottle (2010) poured into a tulip. Pale golden color, crystal clear; white head subsides pretty quickly. Good carbonation.
Aroma is clean Belgian yeast and white wine grapes. Taste follows nose: yeast, pale malt, and a slightly sweet acidity from the grapes. Not sure I'd recognize grapes as an ingredient if I hadn't read the label. Very subtle. Crisp, sharp, dry mouthfeel.
Overall this is not a particularly complex or interesting beer, but I imagine it would be a great pairing for poultry or cheese.
