Enjoyed in a pilsner glass
A: pours a very hazy straw yellow color with a finger of pure white fluffy head which lingers for just a short time before dissipating, leaves
S: kind of smells like rubber, like fresh clean rubber not burning rubber, nice bready notes and a slight spice
T: begins with a slight lemon zest then moves into a great bready note which lingers on the palate long afterwards, i didnt see the banana peel and spice notes that that often see in other witbeers butt i think that helped this one to smooth right out, overall a delight to drink and infinitely drinkable
M: medium carbonation tingle which is slightly sharp but definitely brief, before backing off into a silky smooth taste which leaves the mouth feeling like there is a thin layer of foam on the mouth
O: the is most definitely the best witbeer out there, easily sessionable and yet so complex and delicious

on tap at Garden State Diner, Newark Airport.
Cloudy dark yellow with a finger of steady white that rings, and a continual stream of bubbles.
Herb-heavy nose with wax, baguette crust, and lemon rind.
Crackery malts, surprising blast of funk, lemon-pepper, and a leaf and citrus finish.
Orangeade finish and tingly linger.
Lt-med, plenty round, wheaty smooth.
The real deal. Definite yeast and herb notes, body not too thin, refreshing. Doesn't have the nuance of St Bernardus, but not far off.
