Tried this with my lunch from a bottle poured into a glass.
Appearance: Cloudy, golden, reminiscent of grapefruit juice with a white head
that dissipated to a thin cap.
Taste: Wheat with a hint of citrus.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, effervescent, refreshing
Smell: Not much discernible smell
Overall: Mostly what you would expect from a witbier. I enjoyed it and wouldn't mind
drinking a few in a row.
Serving type: bottle
