Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Presentation: 12 oz. short twist, gives directions on how to properly pour the beer on the label. No freshness date on the bottle but the case box had a bottled on date on top.
Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow in colour with a creamy big bubbled lace that shows no problem of retaining. A classic White Ale look.
Smell: An extravagant spicy mix and a touch of lemon hit the nose sharp. Coriander and orange peel are evident as well as an earthy yeast.
Taste: Crisp and a bit smooth with a moderate body and medium carbonation. Soft flavours of barley and wheat are cut by a flare of spiciness, coriander is a bit dominant. The orange peel is a touch bitter with a soft rind like flavour. A little touch of fruit (pear & plum), yeast and a dash of hop bitterness in the finish. The fermented wheat provides a lingering spiciness that fades slowly in the semi-dry finish.
Notes: This ale is fine just on its own though the spiciness can hold its own to anything on the bbq grill. A superb wit to be had.

12 oz bottle pkgd 12/11/23 into a nonic glass.
L: SRM 1 Pours a white hued yeasty straw pear color with a rocky & fluffy 1/2" bright white head that has excellent retention, fine steady carbo bubbles, very good thick lacing with large rhythmic banding lines and some backside sheeting.
S: Banana, wheat, yeast, light spice, white grape, very distant new leather.
T: Banana, pear, light clove, gentle sweet malts, lemon zest, a touch of powdered sugar, distant apple, wheat, yeast.
F: Gently brisk lightly bodied plush mouthfeel with a semi-juicy middle and a smooth lightly drying finish.
O: This beer drinks like a fluffy cloud with an amazingly soft mouthfeel. Lovely fruity aroma and succulent taste. Very refreshing and similar to Belgian-made beers. I would buy this again. It is outstanding in its style.

Great Belgian White for a domestic and ABV is not high but well restrained.

12 ounce bottle, thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a Teku, the beer pours a slightly hazy pale gold color with about an inch frothy white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coriander, orange peel, wheat/grainy malt and some bubblegum. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some banana. No one flavor overpowers the others. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and has a good amount of soft zippy carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink! Thought this was a good overall brew, definitely worth trying!
