A: 1/2 finger white head that cleared quick. Could be the way the bar cleans there glassware. Straw colored and unfiltered haze from wheat proteins. Looks like a hazy lemonade. Unnaturally yellow.
S: belgian yeast phenolics, bitterness, banana, wheat beer.
T: nice biscuty, bready malt flavor, small noble hop finish and smooth.
M: nice medium bodied with good carbonation.
O: good beer but overrated. The carbonation wasn't nearly as much as needed to create a nice creamy wit beer head. Also no corriander or orange peel taste. Would drink if on special.

Appearance has a hazy, honey-colored beer with a small white head that fades fast and leaves just a little lace behind.
Smells include fruity notes of bananas, coriander spices, and some barnyard yeast aromatics. Very nice nose
The taste is partly dry but also has some sweetness to it from the fruits. Flavors include green grapes, for a white wine taste, plus citrus fruit such as lemons and oranges.
The high carbonation makes for a prickly mouthfeel, with a body somewhere between light and medium. The finish is semi-sweet with green grapes, but also some tartness of lemon.
Overall a very enjoyable beer; it's interesting how the different flavors play out for a sweet and dry aspect at the same time.
Thanks to Treyliff for this one!
