Appearance: Hazy yellow golden color, with a moderate white head, which soon collapses so scattered islands of coarse foam. The lacing is thick and broken, the carbonation moderate, with moderate swirling sediment.
Aroma: Lightly sweet, with notes of citrus rind and coriander.
Taste: Mildly sweet at the open, with notes of bitter orange. The coriander notes ascend as the taste progresses, there is a moderate herbal bitterness at the close.
Mouth feel: Smooth and full, pleasant, soft.
Drinkability/notes: A well-crafted example, well suited to the summer months, perhaps less so for a rainy, cold December day in central Texas. Nonetheless, it was still quite nice.
Presentation: Packaged in a short twelve-ounce brown glass bottle with a twist-off crown, served in a standard pint tap glass.
Serving type: bottle

A: Typical hazy pale yellow color. Nothing notable about 1 finger semi-soapy head. Really poor retention and no signs of lacing, granted it was serve in a pint glass.
S: Banana, clove, graham cracker malts, coriander perfumes, but fruit esters seemed to dominate.
M: Lighter bodied and creamier feel, but still refreshing with a moderately high carbonation level. Dry, crisp, and tart finish is superb.
T: Considerably more complex than the aroma suggests. Banana and cloves, floral hops, scant lemongrass tartness, white pepper and coriander spicing, orange pith gives it a dry and tart character on the finish. Slight metallic, but a definite medicinal character builds as well.
Serving type: on-tap
