Appearance - Pours into my SA Perfect Pint with an uncanny hazy straw yellow color. About a finger of head that quickly dissipates which leaves decent lacing.
Smell - Spices such as cloves, floral scents, citrus such as lemon, banana, and some earthy grains.
Taste - Similar to the nose but a hint more spiciness than expected (which is a good thing in my opinion). This gives way to the earthy grain notes which is only there for a split second before the lemon and banana kick their way into the flavor. The sip finishes with a hint of clove and coriander on the back end.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, creamy, decent carbonation.
Drinkability - Very drinkable. Had this the other night and had to pick one up to review. A great witbier - one of the best I've ever had. This will be a go to beer for me if I am in the witbier mood.
