A- pours a faint yellow color, just a bit hazy, carbonation bubbles shoot to the top creating a thick and creamy white head that retains long after the pour, seems like a oemanent head, leaving beautiful lace behind.
S- mineral-like Belgian yeast provides a bit of light fruit with just a hint of banana and some sugary sweetness. All of the classic witbier aromas are there, but a bit subdued
T-yeasty and light, notes of clove & banana, earthy and mineraly. Mid-palate gives an acidic citrus tartness, then transitions to a dry finish, leaving mineral and earthy notes on the palate
M- light-medium body, moderate but spritzy carbonation, pure velvet mouthfeel with a silky finish. By far the creamiest mouthfeel I've experienced from a Wit.
O- a solid example of the style, mouthfeel was near perfect. Perhaps the best outside of Belgium.

Appearance has a hazy, honey-colored beer with a small white head that fades fast and leaves just a little lace behind.
Smells include fruity notes of bananas, coriander spices, and some barnyard yeast aromatics. Very nice nose
The taste is partly dry but also has some sweetness to it from the fruits. Flavors include green grapes, for a white wine taste, plus citrus fruit such as lemons and oranges.
The high carbonation makes for a prickly mouthfeel, with a body somewhere between light and medium. The finish is semi-sweet with green grapes, but also some tartness of lemon.
Overall a very enjoyable beer; it's interesting how the different flavors play out for a sweet and dry aspect at the same time.
Thanks to Treyliff for this one!
