Light golden color, a bit clear for a wit. Very small head also. Aroma is a nearly perfect blend of fruit, vanilla, and spicy, peppery coriander. Very spicy taste as well, with strong citrus orange notes and a well-rounded estery flavor, almost bubblegum-like. Finishes dryish and tart. Texture is slightly powdery and moderate-light.
One of the best wits brewed in North America. Actually, the only one I like better is Unibroue's Blanche de Chambly.
