A - Pours a fairly clear straw color. This bottle has obviously settled some. Head is somewhat weak.
S - Belgian spiciness with orange, lemon and cloves I think it is.
T - Orange, orange peel, spice and a light malt and wheatiness. yeasty and lightly bitter.
M - Smooth. Creamy with a mild carbonation.
D - Very drinkable. Light with good flavours. Refreshing.

on tap at Garden State Diner, Newark Airport.
Cloudy dark yellow with a finger of steady white that rings, and a continual stream of bubbles.
Herb-heavy nose with wax, baguette crust, and lemon rind.
Crackery malts, surprising blast of funk, lemon-pepper, and a leaf and citrus finish.
Orangeade finish and tingly linger.
Lt-med, plenty round, wheaty smooth.
The real deal. Definite yeast and herb notes, body not too thin, refreshing. Doesn't have the nuance of St Bernardus, but not far off.
