One of my favorites. Was happy to find it on tap at a nearby pub. Refreshing, citrusy, and cool. The appearance is one of the best - a clean, soft orange-brown, with a slight carbonation.
The taste is great - very light and crisp. Lemon and honey come through, with a faint hay aftertaste. I enjoy this beer, and think its probably the best in its category.

A: Poured from the bottle into a Weizen glass. Body is slightly cloudy, straw-yellow in color with a small (just under 1-finger) white head.
S: Sugar-cookie dough malt, hint of spice and a good amount of lemon zest.
T: Light malt foundation - sugar-cookie-dough again comes to mind, along with a touch of wheat twang - then modest coriander spice, which is followed by lemony drying bitterness and a touch of fruit (probably the orange peel I'm getting).Finishes almost like lemonade - the fresh-squeezed, light-on-the-sugar and somewhat diluted kind.
M: Light-to-medium in heft; modest carbonation. Finishes clean and refreshing.
O: This is a good version of the style. Make that an excellent version of the style. It brings to mind those original Wits (anyone remember Wit! or was it W!T from the 90s?) I had oh-so-long ago.
