Served on tap at Cork City in Hoboken, NJ
A: Pours a very cloudy pale straw yellow in color with some light visible carbonation along the sides of the glass. The beer has a finger tall white head which quickly reduces to a thin layer covering the entire surface of the beer with a slightly thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate lacing is observed.
S: This beer smells like I expect and want a witbier to smell - lots of notes of banana + clove, along with some hints of lemon, and some Belgian yeast spiciness (maybe coriander).
T: The flavor of this beer follows the aroma, starting with a light wheat flavored body with some banana + clove. Next you get the citrus (more like an orange rind) and a little lemon. Finally the beer finishes with the spicy Belgian yeast (coriander and pepper) and a very light bitterness that does not linger very long).
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Almost fizzy.
O: Very refreshing and super easy to drink, this beer reminds of summers watching baseball and grilling in the yard. This is a great summer session beer and a very nice example of the style. I have had this beer many times and likely will continue to have it regularly this summer as well.

Appearance has a hazy, honey-colored beer with a small white head that fades fast and leaves just a little lace behind.
Smells include fruity notes of bananas, coriander spices, and some barnyard yeast aromatics. Very nice nose
The taste is partly dry but also has some sweetness to it from the fruits. Flavors include green grapes, for a white wine taste, plus citrus fruit such as lemons and oranges.
The high carbonation makes for a prickly mouthfeel, with a body somewhere between light and medium. The finish is semi-sweet with green grapes, but also some tartness of lemon.
Overall a very enjoyable beer; it's interesting how the different flavors play out for a sweet and dry aspect at the same time.
Thanks to Treyliff for this one!
