Had this on tap at Clark Street Ale House last night.
Poured up a pale cloudy yellow with a half inch white head that sunk down to a nice cap. Fair amount of lacing on the glass.
Aroma was quite sweet with notes of coriander, some tangy orange, and some spiciness.
The flavor was similar to the aroma. Sweetness up front with that coriander spice and a bit of lemon/orange comes out after the initial kick. Finishes with some spice.
Mouthfeel was light and crisp. Would make a nice summer beer.
This is probably my second favorite witbier after the Celis White. I'll have to pick up a bottle of this sometime.
Serving type: on-tap
