12oz into pint glass
Cloudy soft pale yellow with smokey wisps of yeast twisting in the glass. Very beautiful. A meringue-like white head which leaves a few streaks of lace.
The scent is wheat, soft yeast, oranges and citrus peel, spices (coriander, pepper) and banana.
I taste lemon, banana, spice, with a slightly sour yeast finish. A slightly bitter and astringent finish.
Mouthfeel starts with a nice carbonation and becomes luscious and creamy even while being crisp and light.
Drinkability is impressive. Each sip begs another and the glass empties with haste.
This is a wonderful beer.
