Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

on tap at Garden State Diner, Newark Airport.

Cloudy dark yellow with a finger of steady white that rings, and a continual stream of bubbles.
Herb-heavy nose with wax, baguette crust, and lemon rind.
Crackery malts, surprising blast of funk, lemon-pepper, and a leaf and citrus finish.
Orangeade finish and tingly linger.
Lt-med, plenty round, wheaty smooth.

The real deal. Definite yeast and herb notes, body not too thin, refreshing. Doesn't have the nuance of St Bernardus, but not far off.

Poured 12oz bottle into 16oz tulip glass.
A: Aggressive pour into tulip glass gave a hazy straw color with thick, rocky head.
S: Clove, spice; yeast dominant.
T: Bready, cloves, spicy bite, coriander, lemon, mild hop bitterness. Fairly complex.
M: Crisp and refreshing. Very light.
O: Fantastic and rewarding. Each quaff brings a different flavor profile out.
