Two Allagash taps in one spot, what a great suprise.
Pours a cloudy, yellow with a tall, creamy head. Great foam foam retention and plenty of lace.
Smells of the belgian yeast are present, along with corriander and orange.
Malt sweetness to start, then more yeastiness. Spicy, pepper, coriander, and citrus fruits all come through in the taste. Slight bitterness at the end.
Very smooth mouthfeel, nice body, dry and clean finish.

A - Pours a hazy straw. White head that gives way to moderate clumpy lacing.
S - Yeast, corriander, citrus (lemon), grassy hops.
T - Yeast, bready malts. Spices (corriander and others). The hops maintains the grassiness of the aroma, as well as the lemon, but the citrus spectrum widens up a bit and includes orange peel. Surprising bitter in the finish.
M - Light/medium, lively carbonation.
O - This is an outstanding Witbier.

A: Murky golden-yellow with a small head that dissipates quickly.
S: Lemon citrus with a sweet vanilla undertone.
T: Lemons and some other sweet citrus, some of the vanilla that was on the nose. It's a bit bitter up front but it doesn't stick at the end.
M: Sticky, very highly carbonated.
O: A great beer from a local brewery, that is extremely drinkable.
