Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

A - cloudy yellow; half of an inch of fizzy, white, dense head; great retention

S - yeasty, faint lemon

T - straw, yeast, lemon, faint spice, coriander

M - smooth, a bit crisp, light to medium bodied

This is a decent beer. It is to style, it has the better of the styles characteristics, but it doesn't have the more spicy, peppery notes that I like in my Witbier. If this is you're style then this is a good example of the traditional Belgian style.

Had on tap. Poured into a pint glass. Lovely light colored straw appearance with a fluffy head. This is the perfect summer beer. It's easy drinking, but perfectly executed wit. Which is why it is so enjoyable. I could drink this all day. Thinking about swing over to the craft store and getting a couple extra bottles for home later.

12oz bottle (no dates/codes) into a tulip. Pours a pale lemon yellow w/ a 1-finger bright white sudsy head, wisps of suspended sediment.

Aroma is spicy, slightly soapy Belgian yeast, pepper, coriander, lemon zest; fruity perfumy esters. Lots going on here.

Taste is a little disappointing after the aroma. Pale wheat malt, soft Belgian yeast, peppery spices, lemon. Also a slightly metallic taste I can't quite ID. Taste is a little flat, one-dimensional.

Mouthfeel is smooth and soft from the bottle conditioning.

Overall a good rendition of a witbier, admittedly not among my favorite styles.

A- Sandy almost opaque color. beautiful beer. pale yellow witte dream.

S- wheaty grassy smell that ends on a sweet belgian yeasty note. really yeasty smell at the end. smells like fresh cut grass before tasting.

T- really crisp yet sweet, not at all syrupy taste. really clean and vibrant. a little citrusy, but more sweet grassy wheat taste

M- really nice and rounded, almost has the mouthfeel of a true belgian saison in that it's nice and wispy yet has substantial body.

a fine brew that's worth seeking out. i'm not crazy about wittes but this one is special, and definitely would be an instant hit among the saison lovers.

Review 100!!! The beer that converted me to a beer nerd, ngostagia value high. 12oz bottle about 5/6 weeks old.

A: Super hazy/cloudy bright yellow, lemonade in color. Thin foamy white head. Webbing.

S: Lemon, bannana, belgian/bready yeast, a hint of spiceyness. "Fresh", pungent for a 5% witbier.

T: Similar to S, Banana/lemon bright citrus notes up front, white bread, yeast, pixie stick sugar candy, a hint of sweaty/barnyard funkyness, has a nice green apple crisp finish. Very sweet beer all around.

M: Highly Carbonated, rather light/watery, nice syrupy aspect, very sessionable.

O: My favorite wheat based beer still, complex, light, flavorful but not overwhelming, absolutely awesome. This beer will always hold a special place in my heart. It taste better out of a 750 (that you drink by yourself out of the bottle).
