The beer pours in a golden clear yellow.
The aroma has banana, bready Belgian yeast, along with tons of that lemon and clove. You can definitely see where this has picked up the aroma from Sorachi dry hopping.
The flavor has tons of fresh orange, lemon, and citrus peel. Then there’s the banana, bready, and spicy clove that is familiar from the non-dry hopped version of this delicious tripel.
The beer still has that creamy mouthfeel, but pronounced smoother finish.
This a wonderfully clean drinking tripel that is packed with aroma and flavor. The dry hopping picks up the original up and lifts it up wonderfully by adding to that big sticky banana flavor of the original and adds a big lemony nose that follows on the palate.

Growler filled at DeCicco's Brewster, NY during their Allagash event .
Pours near clear, dull yellowy amber, under a lasting fluffy off white head. Leaves more then ample spots and strands of lacing and a tiny bubble film.
Pepper, yeast and ripe fruits on the nose.
Tasty tripel thats on the hoppy side. Nice amounts of more ripe fruits, moderate pepper, lime and Belgian yeast notes all the way through. Dry finish. Real nice Americanized version of the style.
Happy to get to try this on draft.
