Hazy golden with white head that stays around. Smells of funky flowers, lemons, wet grass, and hay. Tastes of funky sunflowers, lemon sweetness, hay. Light bodied with medium carbonation. A great session with funk character. Really fuggin nice in the summer heat.

Allagash House Beer pours a slightly hazy gold with a moderate sized, rocky white head on top. The foam fades slowly and leaves a sticky netted pattern of lace on the glass.
The aroma is spicy with citrus notes blended in. Orange and lemon citrus, pepper, clove, ripe fruit, and bread are all present.
Each sip of this medium bodied beer is smooth with mild carbonation. The flavor is more subtle than the aroma. Lemon citrus and light fruit (apple/pear) are present, but not as strong. It's bready with some light spice notes at the end. Finishes dry and mildly tart with a taste of Belgian yeast. Once gone the bread and yeast notes linger on the palate.
This is an easy drinking well balanced beer.Tasty and not overpowering with Belgian yeast character.
