Thank to Tim for sharing. Poured into a Kate the Great tulip, reviewed from notes.
A - Poured a straw hue with a light fizzy head that fades relatively quickly.
S - Light funk and just a flash of rubbery yeast. Good grassy, floral hops and light lemons.
T - Hoppy quafable beer here. Faint bready yeasty malts with european grassy floral hops. Light bitterness.
M - Drinkable, lightly carbed. Stuff goes down incredibly easy.
O - Overall this was a very tasty beer. super drinkable, crisp, definitely lives up to its name of being a house beer/table beer. Well done.

Allagash House Beer pours a slightly hazy gold with a moderate sized, rocky white head on top. The foam fades slowly and leaves a sticky netted pattern of lace on the glass.
The aroma is spicy with citrus notes blended in. Orange and lemon citrus, pepper, clove, ripe fruit, and bread are all present.
Each sip of this medium bodied beer is smooth with mild carbonation. The flavor is more subtle than the aroma. Lemon citrus and light fruit (apple/pear) are present, but not as strong. It's bready with some light spice notes at the end. Finishes dry and mildly tart with a taste of Belgian yeast. Once gone the bread and yeast notes linger on the palate.
This is an easy drinking well balanced beer.Tasty and not overpowering with Belgian yeast character.
