From tap at The Festival In Portland . Clear, pale gold pour with white head. Great earthy bretty aroma, pineapple notes, great funk and light cereal notes. Taste is earthy with a satisfying fruity finish. Great dry palate with smooth carbonation. Great sour.

on tap at sams in Durham. into an allagash flute glass.
pours a rich golden color with a nice white head. mild tart aroma on the nose. taste is a very mild tartness with a good apple sweetness to it. not very sour. medium bodied with medium carbonation.
overall. this is a pretty good beer. I had it directly after the midnight brett, and the midnight was the clear winner. not to diminish this one though, as its also very quality..
UPDATE 2014 batch is much better... more sour...bumping up rating accordingly.

Poured into my Shelton Brox. sampler at "The Festival."
This beer poured a clear golden color. The nose was slightly tart smelling, a little bit of funk detectable in the background. This is one mild wild ale. It was lightly tart with some definite residual sweetness and a super dry aftertaste. Another excellent of Allagash busting into the world of brett and will yeast.
