A: Pours a brown amber color with a one finger off white head that dissipates to sudsy lacing.
S: Sweet cherry, plum, oak, funk.
T: Tart cherry, plum, vinegar, funk.
M: medium body, light puckering, and dry.
O: I would have liked a little more puckering sourness.

12.7 fl oz bottle into GM tulip. date bottled: 12/21/14.
A: pours blond out of the bottle, but looks much more ruby in my glass.
S: smells very musty with a heavy dose of sour cherries. smells sour and vinous.
T: sweet and tart. a lot of barny funk and horse blanket flavor. good. sour cherry flavor as well. not too tart in the finish. in fact a little bit grainy and dry.
M: solid carb and pop coming out of the bottle. carb is zesty. medium bodied.
D: really good stuff. wouldn't expect anything less from these guys when it comes to funk. worth it if you can find any at this point. to all my cellar-heads out there, drinks great now and im sure it will hold up great for a few more years.
