A crossbreed between lager and Russian Kvass, made of rye bread. The name means 'Bread Beer'.

Color yellow with a lively golden spark. Typically high carbonation. Huge bubbly head dissipates rather quickly. Some lace.

Aroma malty and yeasty, with a strong touch of sourdough and fresh white bread.

Start malty, acidic and yeasty notes, light body, bitter hoppy finish. Mouthfeel spritzy, crisp, body light but not thin.

Very drinkable beer. Should like to taste it from a keg, not from a 1.5 liter plastic bottle.
