don't give me a honey ale I cant taste any honey in! come on guys, this is just a standard blonde ale, a decent one at that, but where is the honey? the pour is crystal clear and radiantly light, with a shirt fluffy white head. the nose just light light malt and some English bittering hops, both in skimpy proportion. I don't smell any honey at all, maybe just a touch of floral perfumy character, but its not honey is it? nope. the flavor confirms, there is none of that gentle honey sweetness that would make this beer fantastic. mouthfeel is really delicate, light and drinkable, just not as interesting as it would be with the alleged honey. ramp it up a bit and you've got a winner here, for now its a standard American blonde with something missing.

ON tap at the brewpub. Pours light-golden with a long lasting white head and soda-like carbonation. Aroma is of biscuit malt, honey and hint of herbal hops. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Taste is similar to aroma. Long semi-dry finish. Quite a pleasant brew.

I found this to be the most enjoyable beer from the Brewpub. It poured a wheaty honey yellow with a nice head and smelled of predominatly honey with some floral notes and wheat. It tasted very smoth and nice. I found it to be very drinkable and very tasty.

Not sure what category this one falls in: I wrote down that it is a honey ale made from wheat. Very mild aroma, almost no head, but the taste is there: a gentle hint of vanilla caresses your tongue, followed by a prickly carbonation-wow! A slight hint of malt, thin body, followed by a nice dry finish. Definitely an excellent beer - order a pitcher!
