Been trying alot of Dominion lately. They are local & fresh, fairly inexpensive. This one is just called "Ale", so i was'nt quite sure what to expect. It's a nice golden color with some fizzy carbonation and a decent white head, great lacing throughout my pint. Smells of some stong biscuity maltiness and a nice whiff of piney hops. Nice caramel maltiness in the taste with a decent hop bitterness. There is a slight alcohol warmth to the taste, which is odd, seeing as the ABV is fairly low. Nicely balanced ale. Really well crafted nice american session brew. Mouthfeel is very silky at first, then the carbonation jumps through to make this one drinkable ale. Dominion has yet to fail me with their standard offereings.
