The brew poured a clear golden color with a decent white head that left an amazing lace all the way down to the bottom of the glass. The aroma was definitely lacking on this one, there was some slight floral/earthy hops and also some slight bready malt qualities. Decent grapefruity/floral hop flavors with some nice creamy malt in the background. The brew is very smooth but very crisp at the same time and is very pleasant on the tongue and very drinkable. This is probably, out of the 15 or so I've tried, one of the worst beers that I've had from Old Dominion which says a lot about how good their brews are since I am giving this on a 3.9.

As expected from tasting other Sweet Water beers this was an average to good beer. At first a fairly large head that dies down quickely, not much lacing but average. A smell that to me smelled exactly like tangerines. Nice amber color with particles floating in it.
Overall a fairly good average unfilered IPA deff easily drinkable and not too expensive, good for beer lovers on a budget.

A: nice amber color with a good white head, very standard and nice look, nothing special though

S: the standard hops with a slight floral note once agina good but nothing above par really

T: not bold enough or flavorful enough to go crazy for however i bought a growler to share with a friend, i drank all but one pint of it. i find it very enjoyable. a large cut above the avg. it has a slight bitterness with some hops flavorsnot so much in the grapefruit vein there is a sligth fruit tase to it though. very enjoyable though not spectacular

This beer pours with a nice clear amber body and a light frothy head. It's definitely got the nice crisp hopsy smell of a good pale ale, with very slight malty tones as well. Flavor matches, with a nice fruity, hopsy flavor, well balance with a slight maltiness. The mouthfeel is nice ,with a definitely crispiness that you expect from a pale ale. However, it's a little on the light side, I prefer a wee bit more body.

But the result is a very nice and acceptable Pale Ale. Very drinkable.

poured light amber/orange. a quarter-inch head died down a bit to about one sixteenth-inch and left a trailing of pensula lace. this had a very slight aroma but what was there was grapefruit and, in my estimation, light leather. the flavors were great though with a clean, acidic front developing a bitter light woody, mushroom and earthy hop and malt balance. the mouthfeel was very nice and i'm starting to understand mouthfeel. the beer burped well too, not acidy or anything but the burp flavor was interupted by a martini i had before the beer. this beer i found to be very drinkable even after several ounces of icy gin. yes! as always, thanks for reading my review.
