App; nice brown rustic color...plesent to look at with little to no head
Smell: earthy with a hint of fruits and spice pleasent almost like a fall candle
Taste and MF: Hearty and good, rich notes of well done but deffinately nnot over done hops, just enough to get it in. Mouthfeel was not too heavey nor to watery good blend for the brew
Overall: I had this at the Mount Vernon Inn the resturaunt on the premisis of Mount Vernon and I must say it really fit the bill. a beer from long ago and tastey it was. I appauld the beer not just for its taste but how it really helped set the mood for a great day there
