A: Pours an orange color. Slightly hazy. Thin layer of bright white head. Leaving some sticky lacing. Collar of bright white.

S: Lots of yeast esters. Spice notes. Clove. A touch of banana. Barnyard hints.

T: Up front, definitely some pepper spice and clove. Lots of yeast.

M: Lighter side medium.

Pours a pillowy white head colored cloudy unfiltered gold. Nice coloring for the style. The nose was faint (could be due to the 22 oz glassware) but nice and the taste was light and fruity with notes of hay and grain. At 7.2% its pretty smooth and not as "hot" as some saisons, the alcohol is not noticeable at all. Overall, a nice refreshing beer and a decent tip of the hat to the Farmhouse style. I'd like to try this again using different glassware and pair with some nice country pate and some mild creamy cheeses. At about $4.99 a bomber, it will be easy to have several taste tests. It's nice to see Old Dominion mixing it up again.
