From draft, solid black with a light head. Coffee and malt aroma with a hint of chocolate. Smooth coffee taste with malt and chocolate coming through at the end. Full bodied with minimal carbonation.

Solid black with light carbonation. Body is just above average
Aroma is espresso, roasted malt, black coffee, dark and milk chocolate.
Taste is very espresso forward with roasted malt. The dark and milk chocolate notes follow and add to the flavor and aftertaste.
Overall it's not first class but still a very flavorful espresso stout

Pours deep dark chocolate with light fading khaki head. Strong aroma of sweet coffee and toasted chocolate. Taste of expresso and dark chocolate infused creamy smooth stout. Small “stout” bite and smooth malty backbone.

From the bottle, it pours a dark black color with a small head, soon diminishing to nothing. Seriously, nothing. Coffee in the nose. The mouth gets a coffee flavor with a malt backbone.

Pours a very dark, almost black, with a hardy brown head. A mild coffee and chocolate fragrance. The coffee comes through in the flavor too. A slight bit of sweetness comes through, a balance to the bitter hops.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a short beige colored head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of dark malts and espresso beans are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of espresso beans are stronger and also add a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout makes for a nice breakfast beer and has a good amount of espresso beans in the taste. It hides its alcohol ver well and isn't that heavy in body.

This was poured into a mini-snifter.
The appearance was a black color with no head or lacing.
The aroma had some dark fruit blending with roasty coffee bean. Light
cocoa balances nicely.
The taste was mainly roasty with the dark fruity tones making it semi-sweet
together. Dry roasty coffee aftertaste leads to no finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a decent sipping
quality about it. Caronated decently as a double stout, dry roastiness
really develops on my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a decent double stout but probably not necessarily
a go-to.
