draught
Little amount of white head. Completely clear, medium orange/amber appearance. Malted, floral and Darjeeling tea aroma, with a touch of allspice, for the aroma. Underlying layer of medium toasted malt, with a Darjeeling tea main flavor, with a floral and a bit of a spiced pine note, on the side. Medium bodied, and this has a really enjoyable balance of malt to hops and doesn't bite much, and finishes with a lot of first flush Darjeeling tea.

Pretty clear gold color, whitish head.
Mild smell of hops and apricots.
Taste is bitter, not intense, pure, clean.
Feel is pretty good. Not overly carbonated.
Overall, this is a pretty nice session IPA. I don't love it, but it fills a niche. Don't recall the price but it's probably more expensive than I'd want to pay for a session-er.

22oz bottle served in a large mug. If there's a date, I can't find it. I left almost an inch in the bottom of the bottle.
Pours clear coppery golden with a really big head and moderate carbonation. Retention is good, and lacing looks very heavy. Smell is nice, juicy, very tropical, moderate breadiness in the background. Somewhat orangey.
Taste is not as bright as the aroma had me hoping. Dampened somewhat but what tastes like aging hops to me -- just a hint of it. Without a date, I have no idea if it's actually old or it just tastes like that. Still has a hint of the citrusiness and the tropics, more pine comes out.
Mouthfeel is coarse, dry and rough. Overall, not bad, but could be better.

Piney light bodied IPA. 1st time to try as it was suggested by the young woman working the beer section at Downtown Spirits in Seattle. It's good, did not waste a dime but for serious IPA drinkers it may not measure up. So many choices so I would not buy again but if it was offered I certainly would enjoy another⛵️

This beer really took me by surprise. Upon pouring it looked darker than what I typically prefer in an IPA. But the non stop head of light mocha foam is what really threw me off. Like all good beers I found this to be very well balanced, with the bitter hops paired against a smooth maltiness that makes every sip a delight. Rare among beers that I drink was the persistence of the foamy head. It comes out of the bottle thick an tall and will still be there when you hit the bottom of the glass.
I rate this as a very good IPA.

Handsome copper-tinged amber brew with a plentiful head in the tall Maredsous goblet. Brewer says this is made with Equinox and Mosaic hops. The aromatics are quite lovely. Something like pineapple guava. Nothing like Mosaic, though maybe it's used with more abundance than necessary. It does seem more bitter than it needs to be.
Some malt with a toasty taste. Just a little sweetness, but definitely a some mouth-filling grain. Quite hoppy with grapefruit peel in the finish. Rather acidic after some sipping, feels like the fresh pineapple astringency with a little of the taste. A little on the bitter side but altogether a very well made and highly drinkable hoppy brew. This year's version is rated at 6.6%. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Central Market in Shoreline.
