Thanks to egajdzis for this...
Appears a hazy amber with a light tan head that slowly fades out. Spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of toffee, caramel, cocoa, light smoke, phenols.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with citrusy hops and mild esters of apples coming through.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, yeasty, chewy, hoppy, and sugary.

A: The beer is amber colored and has just a few bubbles floating on the surface.
S: There's a gentle aroma of sweetness from malts and fruits.
T: It somewhat boozy; there's a good balance between the malt, wheat and hops but malty sweet flavors come across as being a bit stronger.
M: The beer feels medium-bodied on the palate and there doesn't seem to be a lot of carbonation, which makes it feel a bit syrupy. It also leaves a bit of heat in the mouth from the alcohol warming, although the alcohol is well hidden.
D: This is a beer to sip.

A: Super deep slightly cloudy red color. Minimal white head.
S: Big nose. Tons of wheat. Big booze component as well. Tons of malt. Really pleasant.
T: Big taste as well. Booze is up front. More malt than wheat but a damn fine beer. Almost crosses the line into barleywine territory. Nice sweetness to balance things out.
M: Very thick and syrupy. Very smooth as well.
D: Very drinkable for the ABV. I love me a good wheatwine and the fact that it is from NY makes it even better. Thanks to dmeadows for bringing this on a cold Saturday afternoon.

This was served in a nice snifter. The appearance was very appealing. The color was like a dark copper tone. The smell you could smell the toffee and the caramel. The taste also matched the smell and was very pleasant. The beer was medium bodied and pleasing to the pallet.
