A&S - Pours a pale straw yellow with a small amount of white head which was very bready, other aromatic notes of piney hops, sweet light malt and some citrus.
T&M - Sweet right off the bat, very carbonated, nice use of bittering hops makes a well balanced light body beer, however the flavor lacks a superior characteristic.
O - A fair beer, but not something to go out of your way for.
I picked up a 22oz. at the one and only Tom's Place, The clerk pointed out six packs were also available for those who wanted to enjoy some brews on the lakes. The six packs now seem very appealing. As I mentioned before this one lacked a wow factor, which in this plain style beer, makes everything considering the drinkability level and plethora of brewers to choose from. Now that I've had this beer, I now see it as a beer i'll buy a sixer of on my way to the lakes, not a 22oz. that i'll recommend to friends, Etc. Not that this beer isn't any good, but beside light malt and light hops there not much to enjoy. Mammoth Brewing Co. is currently 1:0 on the 4 beers I purchased. I considering this a win for i'll be buying more next year as a session lager. Next up is the 395 IPA which looks very interesting. Check Mammoth Brewing out for some cool beer, cool bottles, cool merchandise, and all that other good stuff that makes this fizzy stuff all worth livin' for. Stay thirsty my friends.

Poured from a bottle into a pilsner glass (only glass avail.)...
A: Pours a golden color with a frothy head the disappears quickly leaving some residual lacing. I thought it looked quite carbonated in the glass.
S: Not as much as I expected. Some very light hops and maybe malt and citrus. Tough to tell (my nose is still learning).
T: Light taste, not near as much flavor as I was expecting... some hops, malts and a few other minor, unidentifiable tastes coming through. Nothing special but decent enough to finish with thoughts of having another. It drinks easy and went down smooth.
M: Light to medium with a lot less carbonation than I expected. I detected a dry finish and little residual flavor.
O: Not the best, not the worst I've had. In my mind this one is a middle of the pack offering of the style and no one should be offended if someone offers you one. Makes me interested in seeing what else Mammoth Brewing has to offer. The term "summer beer" comes to mind with this one. Cheers!

Thanks to Mo for sending this one my way.
A: Pours a clear golden color with a foamy white head. Not much retention leaving a very thin white cap on top. White lacing forms all around.
S: Faint grassy hops and a little bit of citrus. There is some grainy malt and a slight soapy aroma.
T: Flavor profile is a bit cleaner, more of the grassy hops with some biscuity malt.
M: Crisp and easy drinking, medium bodied.
O: Pretty good, easy drinking lager. Nothing out of this world, but on the other hand, I have not come across many ABAs that are.
