Been here several times. I don't think we ever brought the kids here, though. Always have a good selection of beers on tap, usually an interesting mixture of styles. 12 taps I count, including cider. Food has been good when we've had it. Medium to high price range. TVs usually show sports, but muted in favor of music. Currently maybe 2000s or 2010s alternative. I keep coming back -- I think it's one of the better options in a mediocre scene in Issaquah.

In some way it's a little premature and therefore maybe unfair to review this place since they opened only a few days ago. However, so far I am very impressed. This place feels like a Ballard pub right in the heart of Issaquah. And though I really like the Issaquah Brewhouse, needless to say the only beers available there are Rogue. So it's nice to finally have a pub that has lots of different options.
The first night there it looked like they had about 10 local beers on tap including Black Raven, Silver City Ziggy Zoggy, Snoqualmie Blackfrog Stout, Diamond Knot Brown, Scuttlebutt Hefeweizen and Odon Thor's Equinox among others. So pretty damn good for Issaquah. Not sure how often they will rotate selections, but for now just these offerings would keep me happy for a while.
The layout of the place is very modern looking, but comfortable. Not too hipsterish since that wouldn't work so well in Issaquah. When you first walk in the bar is to your right and to the left are a few tables and bis screen TV's. The bar area in total is not huge, but it gets the job done. Seating is limited though so although it would be a good place to watch a game you will probably have to get there really early to secure a seat.
Past the bar area is the restaurant portion of the pub and at least at this early point the food could use the most improvement. The food is good, but just a little bland. So I'm hoping in time this aspect of the pub will improve. I think it's also a little pricey for what is essentially bar food.
With that being said I again want to reiterate that Levitate has not even been open for a week yet so it's a little early to fully evaluate it. Regardless, I think it's off to a very promising start and I have a feeling this will become my favorite go to pub in the neighborhood.
