A: Redish copper in color. A soft head rises during the pour and quickly fades away. A tiny smidge of lacing.
S: Some malty sweetness greets the nose offset by a bit of hop sharpness.
T: A bit of maltiness, a hint of sourness and a touch of hop balance. Nothing too notable, nothing off putting.
M: A nice refreshing carbonation bite. Works well in tandem with the malty center and dry finish.
D: An easy drinker. Not sure of how big this beer is, but it drinks like a sessionable brew. A good beer year round -- malty enough for the cold and crisp enough for the heat.
Served: in a faceted mug.
