The colour is straw yellow; the two finger head is airy and white.
The smell is dry with some white bread, tobacco and boiled vegetables.
The taste is light with some pleasant hoppy flavours, hints of cabbage and other vegetables and some dusty vanilla. The aftertaste brings some bitterness, grassy hints and a touch of earth.
The carbonation is medium, the bubbles are small. The liquid is a little smooth.
Well. Not that bad, but that strange earthy note that most organic beers share is in this one too.

Found this one in my local grossery store, I really think it's important to think more ecological. I also found it nice to find something from Krönleins in a local store (which is a Swedish macrobrewery).
The beer pours a regular lager color, which is a golden color with a nice big fluffy white head. The can looks really modern but a bit anonymous, not too nice actually.
Well then? What can you expect of the smell in a euro lager? Not much really, some slightly roasted malts and a slightly flowery hop aroma. Not bad, but not very exciting either.
The taste is better do, certainly above average for an low alcohol beer like this one. Some really nice earth/flowery notes from the Perle-hops. There is a fine balance between the bitterness and the malt character in this one.
To sum it up I must say that I quite enjoy this beer, very nice after work in a hot summer day. Kudos for the Ecological thinking from Krönleins!
