Taster flight at brewery. Amber pour with a thin, off-white foamy head. Aroma is lightly toasted malt. Taste stays the course with sweet malt, toasted bread. Decent feel overall.

appears clear, dark orange amber color, with off-white colored head. good head retention. aroma is grainy, sweet malt, a touch of earthy hops. taste is on the sweet side too, I would prefer a bit more hop bitterness to offset the malt flavor. medium bodied.

Poured into a tumbler glass.
Look: A pretty hazy amber cinnamon-like body holds up a thick cream colored head that recedes to a decent film with a thicker collar. Nice soapy bands of lacing remain.
Aroma: Bready, doughy, and sweet up front with caramel and subtle nuttiness. On the back side, a subtle spicy hop aroma emerges.
Taste: Starts up with lots of sweet caramel and soft bready malts but is soon transformed with spicy hops, much like the aroma but the hops come out sooner in the taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied.
Overall: I had to adjust my score after the beer warmed up a bit. It's a pretty decent Vienna style lager, hinging on the spicier side.

A: Medium brown with a soft off white head, perhaps a shade dark for style.
S: Some very nice malt aroma in there. Bready with hints of molasses, and caramel.
T: Bready notes continue with toffee, molasses, and dark bread rounding out the finish. Something rather lovely in the finish, though I can't quite put a name on it.. perhaps floral?
M: Medium light, but slick.. not syrupy yet. Carbonation is very active.
O: Overall very enjoyable... perhaps verging toward cloying, but not quite there.

Poured on tap in a shaker pint, the beer is a deep, caramel coloring with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of roasted caramel, toasted grains, and subtle floral notes. Flavors are heavy roasted caramel forward, with some nutty and creamy highlights, subtle bitterness, and hints of smoke. Very rich and sweet, on a smooth, light body. Subtle caramel linger for an aftertaste, but it's all cleaned up by the smooth, crisp finish. Tasty brew.
