A: Bready white and porous head, one inch sits atop a bright orange colored body. Heavy show of moderate paced carbonation. Big heavy haze factor, along with a nice full sheet coating.
S: Sweet and fruity scents, citrus-peach scents, soft wet floral with notes of juicy pineapple and apples, of good strength.
T: Orange peel soft dryness and fresh bready grains. Bittering orange flowery hops on the open, grainy, dried fruit of tangerine and bittering grapefruit peel. Strongly dry hop bitterness, though a bit limited in flavor range. Meant as a dry hopped bomb.
M: Bready malts, thick and chewy, good carbonation and big mouthful.
O: A heavy handed dose of dry hops make this a hop bomb, but with a limited amount of flavor contributions due to excessive use. Bittering orange peel, citrus, and a big drinking experience at 9.4%.

Bright orange in color. Started with a light haze that slowly clarified as this warmed. Poured with short, creamy white foam with good retention. Mellow, dank and herbal hop notes with sweet honey and caramel maltiness. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. Light smooth feel with mellow warmth from the middle to the end. Intense herbal hop, malt and sweet honey flavors with medium light bitterness. Despite the nearly 10%ABC, the boozy is on the subdued side. Finished with boozy warmth, sweet honey, burnt caramelx and dank herbal hop notes. This drank more like a barleywine than a DIPA to me. Malt presence was very large as this was pretty evenly balanced with moderate bitterness.

Smell is off the charts dank. Best aroma since 420’s waldo special. Fruity piney goodness. Looks pretty dark

I think using honey as an adjunct is kind of a gimmick, but whatever, this is still awesome. Gorgeous in he glass, dank hops with a great lasting finish, medium to full-bodied. Good stuff.
