A - Served in tulip with 1/2" fluffy off-white/tan-ish head over a slightly hazed rich toffee brown colored body. Nice lacing.
S - Caramel and yeast, with dark fruit, grapes, and some apple. Appealing.
T - Caramel coated fruit (raisin, fig), apple, some grain, and faint chocolate. Sweetness is held nicely in check. Finish has a nice spiciness with slight smokiness. Everything is working well here.
M - Full body with nice crisp, smooth feel. Warming alcohol presence.
D - Quite enjoyable with decent complexity and well integrated flavors. Recommended.

Copper to dark red, Smells like flowers of plants from genus Viola. Easy pouring give solid amount light brown foam. Apples, citrus, dark chocolate for cooking, weak sense of honey, and some grains. Nicely flows down the throat, asking for more. Some field plants in aftertaste, almost like liquor. Very favorable.

A. Pours a dark clear beer. Too dark to see through. Pours with a nice light carmel head. It last for a bit, then dissipates to some nice lacing.
S. Getting some nice dark fruits with a malt backbone.
T. Dynamite. Similar to the smell. Dark fruits, raisins, I can convince myself of a cherry in there somewhere.
M. Appropriate for the beer. Moderately carbonated. What I would expect from this beer.
O. A well crafted dubbel if not on the easier side of a dubbel. Not a brown Ale as advertised.
