V-It is a Whole Foods in Dallas...the vibe is exactly like you would expect. Actually, this store is on the medium to small for the chain and the customers during the lunch hour that I visited included a good number of hipster dufuss customers (like me), nearby office dwellers, and a few big hair house-wife types out with the kids.
Q-Solid beer lineup with a lot of craft and a lot of Colorado options, in particular (must be the distro). There were a number of other good craft and import options if you want something other than Oskar Blues. The beer was almost all stored in the cooler and the dates I looked at were reasonably fresh.
Ser-I had one guy ask me if I needed help and he appeared to specialize in beer and wine. I didn't test his knowledge too much, but he offered some advice on a good Texas brew.
Sel-This store had an entire aisle dedicated to chilled beer in all types of bottle format. I didn't notice a growler station, however. As noted above, the selection included everything from Imperial and other Latin/Mexican light lager options to heavy Belgians.
F-I had a slice of pizza for lunch before a business meeting and it was fine. Typical WF take-away fare.
O-A solid place to shop for beer (and tofu).
