Pours almost clear golden, two finger fluffy head, nice retention, looks really nice.
Nice unfiltered smell, with bread dough, wort, some faint biscuit, cellar and some mild hops.
Taste of bready malts, from white bread crust, to stale wort, enhanced with nice kellerbier notes, like dry wood, dry straw, busy (a tiny bit sour) yeasts. There's a nice fruitiness also, some lemon and very faint peach. A bit of hop bitterness in the finish, but not much. Cellar feel extends to the aftertaste.
Light bodied, low carbonation, a bit watery, refreshing, easy to drink.
Nice and fresh as if it was just poured from a tap in a nice Czech bar.

10% wort extract. Pours slightly cloudy golden beer with bubbly off-white head. Smell is rather weak, somewhat stale: dough, malts. Taste is refreshing, light, tender malty, very slight hop bitterness. Soft carbonation, drinkable and pleasant beer. However, it's unlikely bohemian pilsener.
