Beer was poured from a mini keg into a weizen glass.

Appearance: A two finger head was poured that reduced to a puffy layer. It is a hazy pale orange with some vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Nice lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.

Smell: Banana bread, clove, spices, vanilla, wheat, and grassy hops.

Taste: Wheaty, sweet, banana, clove, spice, some bitterness, grassy hops, and wheat tart.

Mouthfeel: Chewy, refreshing, delicious, light to medium bodied, wheat tartness, and medium carbonation.

Overall: I like this a lot. Second glass and this mini keg still has more. Awesome.

Pours a murky orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, caramel, spice, and banana aromas. Taste is much the same with wheat, spice, and banana flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a really solid combination of banana and spice aspects all around.

Appearance: Burnt darker orange color. Finger worth of head on the pour which was present while drinking. Some random scattered lacing while drinking. Below average active carbonation while drinking.

Smell: Spices which mesh well with accents of cloves hit the nose first. The peppery spices continue to dominate throughout. A rich wheat body plays very well off the spices, bringing each out more.

Taste: Light bubbly fruit and earthy spices jump on the palate first. A pleasant, airy wheat body gives this brew a easy drinking, refreshing feeling. The back end falls off a little but plenty of spice and cloves round out the back end enough to satisfy.

Mouthfeel: Very clean crisp mouthfeel. A light dryness is balanced but the sweeter malt tones which continue to buzz on the palate.

Overall: An excellent Hefe with all the characteristics one would look for with added layers of complexity. Everything plays together so well in this brew. Refreshing and easy drinking.

look: 5 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 4.75 | overall: 4.5

Appearance: Pours a beautiful golden color with a thick, rich head of foam, settling to about 1 cm. Picture perfect Hefeweizen; it looks quite delicious.
Smell: Very slight smell. It is slightly citrusy, but I don't really smell much else. When it warms a but, a slight acrid wheat smell emerges.
Taste: Clean, refreshing taste. It is a bit more neutral than I would like, but it is extremely refreshing and leaves little aftertaste.
Mouth-feel: Perfectly carbonated and pleasant. Spritzy and true to style.
Overall: I like this beer. I wish it had a bit more flavor, but, in an odd way, I'm willing to overlook that because it is so good in the other categories. Come summertime (and the sweltering temperatures), I will definately stock a few of these in the fridge.

Poured into a Celebrator pokal. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a thin white head that dissipates slowly to a ring around the glass with slippery lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat and bready yeast, a hint of clove. Flavor is sweet wheat, light banana and clove, lightly biscuity. Finishes with semi-dry wheat and a pleasant very light fruit ester flavor with clove that leaves a very pleasant aftertaste. Light to medium bodied with peppery active carbonation. A very nicely made hefeweizen that hits all the right notes for the style and has its own distinct light fruit flavor in the finish. Very nice and worth revisiting.

look: 4.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.5

appearance: Ah the beautiful cloudiness of a good wiesbeir. A great representative of the type. Creamy head

smell: Sweet but subtle a nice smell but could be more pronounce

taste: I must say I think it is an average tasting weissbeir. Not knocking my socks off. Semi sweet but nothing I can say is fantastic

mouthfeel: Once again par mouthfeel. Nothing special but overall good

overall: Would I drink it again, sure, would I go out of my way to buy it again, no
