American Amber / Red Ale |  5.30% ABV

Availability: Year-round

Notes/Commercial Description:
Our flagship Teton Ale is a full bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Crystal and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Galena hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and robust finish that is long and complex on the palate.

look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 4

Apearance - Pours a hazy reddish amber with a one finger off white head that eventually recedes to a cap.

Nose- Mainly caramel malts and citrus hops, the latter in a surpringly high level.

Palate- Sweat and fruity for a second (pineapple?) Then both the caramel and the hops come in, earthy, citric and toffee. Relatively nuetral finish.

Mouthfeel- Medium body, a touch light on carbonation, but worked well for this beer.

Drinkability- I would buy it again.

Poured into a tulip

A- Great amber color, slightly hazy with two fingers of head. Moderate lacing.

S- Fresh caramel malt and caramel sweetness. Little to no hop.

T- Caramel and lightly roasted malts and weak nuttiness. Watery finish.

M- Light bodied, a watery finish

O- Just OK. Probably wouldn't get again.
