12 oz bottle into a pint glass
A: Pours a massive (2 1/2"+) extremely foamy, slightly red hued head. Slightly cloudy deep amber-orange. Good head retention. Nice lace.
S: Clean spicy, citrusy hops. Woody with a little sweetness.
T: Clean malts and subtle hop characteristics. Bitterness is mellow but very good. There is a nice sweet element, not artificial tasting. Almost a dessert-like PA.
M: Only slightly thick, viscous, oily. Low-medium carbonation.
D: Excellent. A nice break from the uneducated, hop intensive pales out there.
