Pours a golden/orange color with dome haziness to it. The head is off white and is huge. The head sits on top of the beer like vanilla ice cream in a float. Tons of lacing and I still can't believe the head. I'm down to my last few sips and there's been a 2-3 finger head just floating on the brew.
The smell is good with some slight hop bitterness and a good amount of malt breadiness/sweetness.
The taste is that of a typical good local microbrewery, averagely good. Nothing crazy to write home about but solid. There's a decent amount of bitterness on the tongue followed by sweetness to balance it out but the sweetness is a little too much.
Overall a decent brew that I like drinking with a couple friends but it's a little forgettable.
