Brilliantly clear auric hue. Frothy, porcelain white, steadfast head leaves tattered lace. Soft, hop derived notes of lemon zest, with a minty twang. Underbaked bread undertone bolsters hop aroma. Well rounded, albeit prosaic aromawise. In flavor, incipient is sharp, lightly chalky hop bitterness. Malt sweetness ensues promptly, in a simple light caramel malt fashion. Doughy malt undertones surface as the beer warms. Pleasantly citric hop flavor includes hints of underripe tangerine, with trace lime like acidity. Lightly bodied, and nearly spritzy, which serves to facilitate an airy drinkability. Finishes with dryish cracker and orange infused biscuit hints. A simple, innocuous pale and a no brainer in terms of drinkabilty. Immaculately clean and solid.
