Into a pint glass. Clear straw color with a finger of head.
Smells like dry grain in a metal silo. Yeah, lots of dried grain.
A bit metallic taste with a dry bitterness wrapped around. A little puckering effect.
Fairly crisp texture, light body and moderate carbonation.
Not my favorite.

Appearance: Light yellow color with white cap and nice lacing.

Aroma: Not much to catch, more malt apparent than hops, little in the way of hops actually. As it sits and warms a bit the malt is even more forward. Nice, clean malt aroma.

Taste: Rounded, middle malt flavor. Not a strong flavor but undeniably there. Some medium yeasty bread with sight vegetal undertaste. Hops remain in the background without ever making a real appearance, like a supporting player who had most of his scenes cut from the final movie.

Texture: Good middle feel for the style, very European.

Overall: What's there is just not enough there. Reminds me of a generic Euro brew sold under a house label. Solid, well made, more flavor than macros by a long shot, just not first string.

Pours a clear, gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of slight hops, wheat, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of a German Pilsner. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of slight hops, wheat, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of yeast. Overall, good appearance, aroma, blend, and body.

12 oz can, pint glass

A – Light to medium gold, mostly clear, with a half inch of white head, fairly low retention.

S – Fairly clean lager yeast, some doughy malt with a touch of water cracker or communion wafer. Some earthy hop aroma, very mild, with a touch of low hop bitterness.

T – Crackers, undercooked white bread, and some grainy sweetness. Hops are herbal, a bit spicy, but very low in the mix. Hop bitterness is low as well.

M – Moderate carbonation, medium-full body, the malty sweetness is the balance, with light background of hop bitterness. Not particularly dry considering the style.

O – Just a very unremarkable lager, with the sweetness and mouthfeel suggesting it did not attenuate fully. Leaves a lot to be desired.

12 oz bottle poured into a SA Perfect Pint glass.

N - something kind of gardeny I think.

T - a little bit of apple flavor. Otherwise a low malt and hops character. Pretty much a "beer" flavor I guess. Not impressive.

M - decent enough. Not flat and too bubbly.

O - men. Okay.
