Had this beer on cask at Churchill's Pub in San Marcos, CA.

A: A translucent amber color, fluffy 1/2 inch head with cream color. Beautiful lacing.

S: Holy citrus. Lots of lemon, hops, and a hint of orange grace the nose.

T: Almost drinks like a DIPA. Extremely hoppy for a tripel, but goes down smooth without the bitterness. Lemon adds a nice little tart aftertaste.

MF/D: Being a cask ale, very fine carbonation, smooth to drink. Small bubbles left dancing on the tongue, would gladly drink it again, especially on cask!
